Q1. Why can't the website display normally?

Q2. How do I join as a member?
Please click on "Login" in the upper right corner, click on "Register," select the membership type from either "General Public" or "Indigenous Language Promotion Organization", and then click on "Register". After filling in the Member Information, you will be able to join as a member.
Q3. What should I do if I forget my member account name for login?
Please send a letter directly to the contact mailbox to get in touch with the information staff of this Foundation. Information staff contact email: ilrdf_admin@ilrdf.org.tw
Q4. What should I do if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, please click on "Login" in the upper right corner, click on "Forgot Password", and then enter the account name and email you provided during registration. The system will automatically send a notification letter of a temporary password to the mailbox you provided during registration. You may log in to your account and then change your password in the Member Zone.
Q5. How do I modify personal information and password?
After logging in as a member, go to the "Member Zone" and click on "Basic Information" to modify the Member Information and password.
Q6. Subscription and cancellation of the newsletter
Please click on "Newsletter" in the upper right corner of the official website, and select either "subscribe" or "cancel" the newsletter delivery service by yourself.
Q7. How can I contact this Foundation if I encounter a webpage-related problem?

Q8. Why can't I receive the notification letter of the course registered?
If you don’t see the notification letter of the course you have signed up in your e-mail, you may search the junk mail folder or the promotions tab or category for the letter.
Q9. What should I do if I don't want to receive system-related letters?
If you do not wish to receive system-related letters, you may directly click on "This is a junk mail." for such letters, so that such letters will be automatically moved to the junk mail file. However, you might also miss relevant letters regarding the course you may register.
Q10. How do I cancel the course?
After logging in as a member, enter the Member Zone, click on the registration record, select the course session you wish to delete, and then click on delete to cancel the registration.
Q11. How do I check the course that I have registered?
After logging in as a member, enter the Member Zone, and then click on the registration record to check the course that you have registered.
