11.   The Indigenous Languages Research and Development Foundation hereby declares that the interpretation and application of these terms and conditions shall be handled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China and the rules of this Foundation. If a dispute arises therefrom, both parties agree that the court having the jurisdiction of the area where this Foundation is located shall be the competent court of the first instance.
